Shortstat gives you details blog statistics in your blog dashboard. This is somewhat useful if you do not use an advanced tool like Google Analytics. I have this installed since Analytics is sometime bothersome with the excessive AJAX.

WP-Spamfree will totally eradicate automated comment spam on your blog. Using a combination of Javascript and cookies (neither of which bots can process) it eliminates spammy comments so that they don’t even appear in Akismet leaving you to sort through them for regular comments.
